Payment
Pay for your order on-line by PayPal or via the post by sending your order form and a cheque for the full amount. Please make cheques out to CHANDLER INVITATIONS. All orders must be paid for before the order is despatched.
Copyright
It is your responsibility to get permission to use other people's work, such as poems or hymns. Copyright only lasts for 70 years after the death of the writer so many hymns are free for use, as their copyright has run out. The copyrights details can be found at the bottom of most hymns.
Amendments
If you need to change the text on your stationery after they have gone to print a £25 fee will be charged for each amendment.
Privacy Policy
Chandler Invitations respects your privacy and operates by these principles:
- Chandler Invitations will not pass on your details to third party companies
- We will only contact you by phone if there is a query regarding your order
- We will only send you offers regarding Chandler Invitations via email or post
Disclaimer
Care has been taken to ensure that colours and sizes have been matched accurately. However, reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic publishing will allow. All the information and prices are correct at the time of publishing
Hand-Made items: As each item is made indivual please except that each one is unique. That is the beauty of hand finished products.
Promotional Offers and Vouchers
Vouchers remain the property of Chandler Invitations. Only one offer/voucher per order/customer. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers cannot be used on orders you have already placed with us. Please check expiry date of voucher before using it.
