How to pay for your order:
Pay for your order on-line by PayPal or via the post by sending your order form and a cheque for the full amount. Please make Cheques out to CHANDLER INVITATIONS.
Delivery Times & Delivery Charges
We only deliver within the UK and Europe
Wedding Stationery
Delivery Time: Your stationery will be delivery within 6 weeks after proof has been signed and returned back to us.
UK Delivery:
Stationery orders £50 and below, £5.00.
Stationery orders £51 and above, £10.00.
Europe Delivery:
Stationery orders £50 and below, £10.00.
Stationery orders £51 and above, £15.00.
We will contact you when your stationery has been dispatched.
Signing for orders: As all orders have to be signed for, please choose your delivery address
carefully. Best to choose someone who is in during the daytime.
Product Delivery
UK Delivery:
Orders £50 and below, £5.00.
Orders £51 and above, £10.00.
Europe Delivery:
Orders £50 and below, £10.00.
Orders £51 and above, £15.00.
Delivery Time: 7 – 14 days.
Personalised Chocolates, Candy Favours Delivery
Delivery: Normally between 3 – 4 weeks
Refunds & Damaged Goods
Product Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your products please return them within 7 days for receiving them for a full refund or exchange.
Stationery Refunds: if you cancel your order prior to returning your signed proof a refund of 50% will send to you. When you have sent back the signed proof, we start making your stationery and there is no refund.
Personalised Chocolates & Candy tubes/Jars Refunds: Once payment is received your chocolates will be hand carved, your labels will be printed. There is no refund
Damaged Stationery & Personalised Chocolates & Candy tubes/Jars: Please check your order as soon as it arrives, any damaged goods please contact us within 24 hours and then send the stationery back for us to
Re-make for you.
Proofing and Amendments
Proofing your stationery: A Proof will be sent to you within 7 working days from us receiving your order. You must check your proof carefully before signing it and sending it back to us.
Everything OK: Once everything is OK and you have signed that you are happy for your stationery to go to print, we will proceed with your stationery order.
Amendments: If you need to change the text on your stationery inserts after they have gone to print a £25 fee will be charged for each amendment.
Copyright
It is your responsibility to get permission to use other people’s work, such as poems or hymns. Copyright only lasts for 70 years after the death of the writer so many hymns are free for use, as their copyright has run out. The copyrights details can be found at the bottom of most hymns.
Storage of Chocolate, Candy and Favours
Do not expose chocolate to direct sunlight. Chocolates should be stored at less than 18C and in a dry environment to obtain maximum shelf life. We do not recommend refrigeration as temperature and humidity may spoil the appearance of the chocolates.
Promotional Offers and Vouchers
Vouchers remain the property of Chandler Invitations.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
Vouchers cannot be used on orders you have already placed with us.
