How to order

Once you have decided on what design you would like, you can either order on the website or contact us for an order form. Ordering on-line is very easy:

1. Add your items to the shopping basket.
2. Go to shopping basket and place your order.
3. Fill in all the information within the on-line order form. If you don't have all your information for all your stationery, that's fine, you can provided us with that information at a later date.
4. When you are happy with all the information you have provided us to create your stunning stationery items, you will be asked to checkout. The checkout will take you to paypal.
5. Once you have paid in paypal, you will receive an confirmation email.
6. Your proofs will arrive within 7 working days Please check them carefully when you receive them. Let us know any amends or sign, date and send back to: Chandler Invitations, Granary Cottage, Whitmore, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 5HS.
7. Sit back, relax and wait for your stationery!

Viewing / editing your basket

To see a detailed view of your shopping bag click on the 'Shopping Basket' link in top right corner of the page. To remove an item click on the remove button next to the stock. The cost of your order is recalculated automatically.
