Production Information & Turnaround Times

Once you have placed your order, you will receive your proofs within 7 days. We can send you proofs by email if you need a quick turnaround on your order.

The stationery will take 4 - 6 weeks to be made from placing your order to being delivered. All deliveries will need to be signed for, its best to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be avalible to sign for the parcel.

Delivery Charges

We only deliver within the UK and Europe

UK Delivery:

Stationery orders £50 and below, £5.00.
Stationery orders £51 and above, £10.00.

Europe Delivery:

Stationery orders £50 and below, £10.00.
Stationery orders £51 and above, £15.00.

We will contact you when your order has been dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given if the product(s) are to be found faulty and we are notified within 7 days. We will replace the goods if possible, otherwise a refund will be offered.

We do not offer refunds for samples or personalised or/and made to order items. Chandler Invitations cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.
